This Privacy Policy explains how AutoDo collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI phone receptionist service at tryautodo.com.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address.
Business information: To set up your AI receptionist, we collect business name, type, services, hours, location, and pricing information that you provide.
Call data: When calls are processed through our platform, we store call transcripts, duration, caller phone numbers, and AI-generated summaries. This is used solely to provide the service to you.
Calendar data: If you connect Calendly, we store OAuth tokens necessary to check availability and create bookings on your behalf. We only access calendar data during active calls to perform scheduling.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the service, such as features accessed and call counts, to operate and improve the platform.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the AutoDo service, process payments, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data. We do not use your call transcripts to train AI models beyond generating summaries for your own use.
AutoDo mostly uses the following services to power the platform. Your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

- Railway
- Supabase
Call transcripts and summaries are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all data including business profiles, call history, and integrations is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest in our database. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Delete your account from the Settings page in the dashboard. For other requests, contact us at shopmessageservice@gmail.com.

AutoDo provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for small businesses. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws regarding recording telephone calls.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
You may not use AutoDo to impersonate another business, harass callers, engage in spam, violate applicable laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to configure your AI receptionist.
AutoDo is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for missed calls, incorrect AI responses, or booking errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
